About Sex Games for Couples

Sex games for couples mostly fail because they skip the conversation and go straight to instructions. This deck does it the other way round: the first half is questions — what you like, what you have never asked for, what you assumed the other person did not want — and the second half turns those answers into things to try. Everything here is written for two consenting adults, and every card can be passed on without explanation.

How to play Sex Games for Couples

  1. Both of you have to actually want to play. If one of you is being talked into it, stop here.
  2. Start with the question cards. Answer honestly, and answer first before asking your partner to.
  3. Anyone can pass on any card at any point, without giving a reason. That rule is not negotiable.
  4. Nothing said here gets brought up as a criticism later — not tonight, not in an argument next month.
  5. Stop the deck the moment it stops being fun for either of you.

Why couples love this game

The single most reliable predictor of a good sex life in a long relationship is whether the two people can talk about it plainly, and most couples cannot, not because of prudishness but because there is no natural moment to start. A deck of cards is that moment. It puts the words on the screen so neither of you has to be the one who said it first.

Tips to make it more fun

  • Do the talking half on a normal evening rather than in the moment. It works better with clothes on.
  • "I have never thought about that" is a complete answer. Not everything needs a verdict.
  • Write down the two or three things you both said yes to, and actually schedule one.
  • Enthusiasm is the only signal that counts. Politeness is not consent.
  • If a card lands badly, say so straight away — the recovery matters more than the card.

Frequently asked questions

What are good sex games for couples?

The ones that start with talking. A deck that opens with questions about what each of you actually wants gets much further than one that starts with instructions, because most couples have never had the plain conversation and are guessing.

Is this page suitable for everyone?

No. It is written for consenting adults over 18 in an established relationship, and it belongs on a night when both people want to play. If one of you is being persuaded, this is the wrong game.

Can we play this without doing anything we are not comfortable with?

Yes. Any card can be passed on without giving a reason, and passing is a normal part of the game. The first half of the deck is entirely conversation.

How many prompts are on this page?

60 — roughly the first two thirds are questions and the rest are things to try. All free, no sign-up, and nothing is saved.
