Terms of Service

Effective: April 28, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Blindspots app and website operated by Lyngby s. r. o. (“we”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

By using Blindspots, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us. Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use or access our Services.

2. Account & Registration

To use Blindspots you must create an account. You can register using:

  • Your email address and a display name (first and last name)
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Blindspots offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Key points:

  • Only one subscription is needed per couple. Your partner can join and play alongside you at no extra cost — you do not both need to subscribe.
  • Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
  • Subscription entitlements are managed via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. EU consumers retain applicable statutory rights.

4. Conduct

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. No reverse-engineering of the app. No unauthorized commercial use of Blindspots content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, and design are owned by Mario Matejovic or licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. User Content

Your answers remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to operate the service.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Active subscriptions will be honored if the app is discontinued.

8. Warranties

The service is provided “as is.” EU consumer statutory rights are preserved.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Mandatory EU consumer protections are not overridden.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account via Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@blindspotsgame.com.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

Slovak Republic law applies. EU consumers retain local mandatory protections. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. App Stores

These Terms are between you and Mario Matejovic, not Apple or Google. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as required by Apple’s guidelines.
